And our emergency service is about getting people out of trouble.

Even though it’s a bank holiday, even if it’s 3am in the morning, even if you’re not already a customer - we’ll bend over backwards to help.

• You will always be supplied with what we’re contracted to deliver (have you checked the ply on your loo paper recently?)
• You will always get the same level of outstanding service wherever you are, because we don’t use franchises or concessions. Everything is run from our Bristol HQ directly under the auspices of MD Dan Boyle.
• You will never see any problem, because we’ll deal with it before you even know there is one. We supervise absolutely everything about our services - site, staff, cleaning and security.
• We run our Cleaning Services like we run our Security Services. Exactly the same rules about staff recruitment, training, development and supervision apply across the whole company.
