3pm, Sunday: our security guard discovers water leaking through 3 floors
Security guard was walking through the building checking everything is OK. He felt something drop
onto his head. He looked up and saw water coming through the ceiling. And there are 3 floors between
him and the roof.

3.01pm: we despatch industrial pumps
He went upstairs to check each floor, finding ever-increasing pools of water on each one. Finally,
on the top floor, he found water coming down from the roof space through the lights.

3.21pm: whole building cleaned (emergency service not even in our contract)
He called the Control Room and we were there in 20 minutes. We have an industrial extraction machine
at the office for just this sort of emergency, so we took that with us. At the same time we called
our plumber who came out and found the source of the water, a burst pipe in the roof. He stopped
the water for just that area so we could get the machine in A place and start drying the building.
Once that was done our cleaners went in and cleaned the place from top to toe.

9am: business as usual.
Monday morning, start of the week's work. Staff arriving hardly realised that there had been any
trouble over the weekend, and it was business as usual straightaway.
